The state of Morelos is located in the central region of the country and limits to the north with Mexico City.

It has an exceptional climate most of the year, with an average temperature of 20°C (68°F).

Its territory is rich in nature, archaeological sites and historical buildings.
Each of its corners has something special to offer. You will be able to experience the thrill of climbing to the top of the Tepozteco and discovering its pyramid, and then strolling through the Pueblo Mágico of Tepoztlán and enjoying its delicious cuisine.

Travel the route of the convents and admire the old religious constructions, which show off their colonial architecture and mark the history of places like Tlayacapan, Tetela del Volcán, Yecapixtla, Atlatlahucan, Ocuituco, Totolapan, Yautepec and Zacualpan de Amilpas.

Visit Cuernavaca, the state capital city and make a stop at the Palacio de Cortés and the Jardin Borda, which was the home of Maximiliano and Carlota.

If you want to spend a relaxed day and enjoy the sun, we recommend heading to Tequesquitengo, where you will find beach clubs that are great for practicing fun activities on the lake, such as water skiing, boat rides or jet ski and flyboard.

You can also visit one of the water parks that the destination has. In Cuautla you will find sulphurous pools, which are said to have multiple health benefits.

On your tour of the state of Morelos you must definitely try the famous cecina from Yecapixtla or a refreshing sorbet from Alpuyeca.
