If the proposal is accepted and the town meets the established criteria, a "Declaration of Pueblo Mágico" is issued. This designation involves local commitments to preserve heritage and develop necessary infrastructure. The designation is not permanent and undergoes periodic reviews to ensure continuous compliance.
